Where Breath Returns and Calm Prevails
A Respiratory Therapy Career Rooted in Precision, Heart, and the Quiet Art of Showing Up
In the moments when the room stills, when monitors flicker and tension rises, there’s always one person whose voice cuts through—not with volume, but with confidence. One person whose presence steadies the team and gives patients the breath they didn’t know they could take.
If you’re a Respiratory Therapist, you know that feeling. You know the responsibility of it. The weight, the honor, the skill. You don’t chase recognition—you chase outcomes. You show up for patients when their breath is shallow, their strength is low, and their families are looking for something to hold onto.
In our hospital, we see you. We’re looking for a Respiratory Therapist who thrives on trust, leans into critical thinking, and brings clinical expertise into rooms that need both calm and action. Someone who finds quiet pride in doing the work that few understand but many depend on.
Your Hands. Your Knowledge. Your Impact.
Here, you’ll work at the heart of patient care. Every breath supported, every airway managed, every therapy administered carries weight—and you’ll be the one guiding it all with precision and compassion.
You’ll assess patients of all ages, from fragile newborns to older adults. You’ll handle oxygen therapies, deliver nebulized medications, perform arterial blood gas draws, and set up ventilators that support some of the most delicate moments in healthcare. You’ll move between departments seamlessly, collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals. You’ll be a teacher to patients and families, a teammate in the heat of a code, and a leader when the room needs someone to lean on.
We won’t micromanage your expertise—we’ll trust it. You’ll chart clearly, troubleshoot confidently, and deliver care that is both technically sound and emotionally attuned.
And you’ll be respected not only for what you do, but how you do it—with integrity, with consistency, and with heart.
The Place That Grounds You
Beyond your shift, you’ll step into a setting that soothes. This corner of central Ohio doesn’t ask you to race. It offers space to breathe. The roads are clear, the land is open, and the community still moves with rhythm and intention.
It’s the kind of place where you can stop for a cup of coffee and know the barista’s name. Where farm stands pop up along winding roads in the spring and fireworks fill the sky in the summer. Trails wind through forests, creeks curl through parks, and time off truly feels like time off.
You’re close enough to city life to stay connected—but far enough to savor peace, affordability, and the grounding presence of nature. It’s the ideal place to do essential work and still have a life that feels whole.
The Qualifications That Shape You
You’ve graduated from an AMA-accredited school of respiratory therapy and earned your NBRC credentials. Whether you’re a certified or registered therapist, you’re licensed to practice in Ohio and bring with you the knowledge, confidence, and steady approach that this work demands.
You’ve completed Neonatal Resuscitation training. You’re BLS certified. You know how to document, how to operate ventilators and monitors safely, and how to read a room—not just clinically, but emotionally. Whether you have years of experience or are early in your journey, you show up ready to care.
What matters most is that you’re the kind of person who sees the job not just as a set of tasks, but as a commitment—to patients, to your team, and to the quiet calling that brought you to respiratory care in the first place.
What We Offer in Return
We believe deeply in honoring those who do this kind of work. That’s why we’re offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year agreement and a full-time schedule that supports both consistency and well-being.
You’ll receive competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, dental and vision insurance, retirement contributions with employer match, paid time off that lets you fully unplug, and support for continuing education and licensure. And most importantly, you’ll join a team that values you—not just for the shifts you work, but for the difference you make when you’re there.
This isn’t a place where you’ll get lost in the crowd. It’s a place where your name is known, your skills are trusted, and your contributions are remembered.
A Breath of Fresh Air—For You, Too
In a world that moves fast and forgets to pause, here’s your chance to practice your craft in a way that’s deliberate, dignified, and deeply respected. To work in a hospital that’s connected to its community. To serve patients whose gratitude stays with you. And to walk out each day knowing you’ve done something meaningful.
Apply now. Because what you do matters. And here, we never forget that.
