Critical Care RN -- Open-Heart Recovery

**Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Available**
Shift Details: Day or Night Shift (7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a)

Critical Care RN Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients in the critical care unit during the postoperative phase of open-heart procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and individualized patient care.
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide postoperative education to patients and their families.

Qualifications for an RN in Critical Care:

• Associate degree in nursing required / BSN preferred
• Current Ohio RN license
• At least one year of Critical Care or ICU Nursing experience, preferably in Open-Heart Recovery
• BLS, CPR, and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
