Registered Nurse Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients in critical, acute, and urgent conditions. Working in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to acutely ill patients across various settings (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, etc.).
- Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Manage patients with complex medical conditions, including multi-system failure, trauma, or post-surgical recovery.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and recovery processes.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
