Job Summary:

 

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional care to patients in accordance with the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while ensuring compassionate and effective communication with patients and their families.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' conditions and vital signs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders.
  • Monitor patients' progress and communicate findings to physicians and other medical staff.
  • Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and aftercare.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
