Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN preferred, but not required
• Active Ohio RN license
• CPR certification (AHA)
• At least one year of experience in medical, surgical, or critical care (preferred)
• Oncology experience is a plus

Position overview:

• Provide patient-focused care, assessing and implementing personalized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in line with physician directives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive oncology care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home care for optimal recovery
• Monitor patient conditions closely, communicating any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate patient records, following all hospital policies and standards
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes
