Patient Care Assistant - H7B Neonatology (part-time) in the Columbus, OH area.

What the work involves:

• 24 hours per week. Two positions available, one on day shift (7a-730p), and one on night shift (7p-730a). Every third weekend; holiday rotation.
• Pay starts at $19.10 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Pay to be commensurate with experience.
• Performs basic supportive care to specified patients and families under the direction and supervision of an RN or Care Manager. Collects, documents, and reports data to the RN or Care Manager.
• Collects, documents, and reports vital signs. May complete screening questions and documentation or minor specimen testing as assigned.
• Promotes general patient safety. Holds and positions patients and assists with procedures. Prepares materials and supplies as delegated.
• Remains compliant with HIPAA, maintains professionalism, and ensures confidentiality of patient information.
