LPN - Colorectal Surgery (full-time) in the Cleveland, OH area.

What the work involves:

• 7:00pm-7:30am/7:00am-7:30pm
• A caregiver in this position works d a y/night rotation, from 7:00PM—7:30AM or 7:00AM —7:30PM .
• A caregiver who excels in this role will:
• Collect, document and report patient data and observations.
• Implement care plans as directed by an RN and contribute to care plan revisions.
• Administer medications and/or treatments authorized by a provider and observe patients for adverse reactions .
