Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee environmental control in the surgical services department
• Ensure staffing with clinically competent personnel
• Manage administrative duties related to patient care
• Coordinate patient care activities with other departments
• Analyze and enhance the quality of nursing services

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current nursing license in Ohio
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of recent acute care experience, including 2 years in Surgery
• 5 years of management and/or progressive leadership responsibilities
• Experience/training in teaching is desirable
• Interest in professional nursing organizations
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective organizational skills
