Registered Dietitian - Inpatient Nutrition Support Team (full-time) in the Cleveland, OH area.

What the work involves:

• Registered Dietitian - Inpatient Nutrition Support Team
• Available for eligible external candidates
• A caregiver in this position works days, typically from 8:00AM – 4:30PM (some flexibility permitted) and approximately one weekend per month.
• Evaluate patients’ clinical circumstances to determine the appropriateness and duration of parenteral nutrition (PN) and specialized IV fluids.
• Use best practices to formulate and monitor custom PN orders, including macronutrient balance, lipid emulsion appropriateness, and fluid and electrolyte management.
• Ensure compatibility, solubility, and safety standards of PN prescriptions are upheld in order to prevent PN-induced complications.
