What the work involves:

• Outpatient Clinical Care Assistant - Pediatrics
• A caregiver in this position works 2 weekly 10-hour shifts from 7:00am-5:30pm.
• A caregiver who excels in this role will:
• Complete rooming process, including vitals, height, weight, and completion of intake questions and documents and reports abnormal findings to RN or LIP.
• Collect patient specimens, perform Point of Care Testing, and prepare specimens for transport to lab.
• Prepare patients for exams, tests and procedures and assist with exams, treatments and procedures using sterile techniques as applicable.
