Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients’ needs and design personalized therapeutic strategies to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' mobility, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff for cohesive and comprehensive care.
• Teach Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapy approaches to promote consistent progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to keep patients on their recovery journey.

Education

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education and post-grad credentials are encouraged and will be supported.

Certifications

• Current OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed) credential.
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory.
