New Grad RN Resident - Dialysis (full-time) in the Cleveland, OH area.

What the work involves:

• New Grad RN Resident - Dialysis
• 6:00am-6:30pm/8:30am-9:00pm
• Professional growth through our one-year, accredited Nurse Residency program , with nine tailored tracks, including online modules, simulation lab and hands-on training
• Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources.
• A caregiver in this role works days from 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts, every other Saturday (closed on Sundays) with on-call responsibilities 1–2 times every six weeks as needed, along with holiday requirements.
