Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, creating tailored treatment plans that cater to individual needs

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory

Essential Skills

• Previous clinical experience is highly preferred
