Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with surgical instruments and sterile drapes.
• Anticipate surgical team's needs and provide prompt assistance during procedures.
• Pass instruments, sponges, and sutures to surgeons.
• Maintain sterile field and handle surgical specimens.
• Assist with instrument cleaning, sterilization, and inventory management.
• Stay updated on surgical techniques and advancements through ongoing education.

Qualifications:

• Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Previous experience in hospital or surgical center setting.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
