Qualifications:
- Must graduate from an accredited pharmacist program, with a BS in Pharm or Pharm.D.
- Eligible for registry or registered as RPh.
- Current License in the State of Ohio or willing to obtain.
- Two years of Acute Care or Hospital experience is required.
