• In collaboration with Practice Administrator will be responsible for evaluating performance of personnel working in the Clinic and for providing ongoing supervision and leadership
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.

• High School or GED (Required)LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed as a LPN in the State of Ohio. Basic computer skills 2- 3 years Experience working is a physician office.
