Computed Tomography Technologist - ARRT - FT

CT Tech Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate positioning and imaging techniques.
- Prepare and position patients for scans, providing clear instructions to ensure comfort and safety.
- Review patient history and medical records to ensure appropriate imaging protocols.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Ensure imaging quality by following protocols and adjusting techniques as necessary.
- Assist radiologists in interpreting images and reporting findings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and scan documentation.
- Follow radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and yourself.
- Provide compassionate patient care, addressing concerns and answering questions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
CT Tech Qualifications:
- ARRT certification.
- Ohio licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with CT imaging.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Prefer 3 years of experience in CT imaging.
- ODH license.
