• A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM . Availability to come in and meet with night shift caregivers is required .
• A caregiver who excels in this role will:
• Manage the practice of professional nursing and delivery of nursing care on an assigned unit.
• Establish clinical direction of nursing care, provide clinical supervision and maintain quality outcomes and patient care standards.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care.
