About the Ultrasound Technologist Position:

MLR is excited to add a dedicated General Ultrasound Technician to our healthcare team. In this crucial role, you will deliver top-notch diagnostic imaging services, helping to elevate patient care standards. As a full-time team member, you'll collaborate closely with a dynamic group to ensure precise ultrasound examinations.

 

Shifts and Scheduling:

  • Full-Time Position: 5 days per week
  • Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shifts with multiple options available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and vascular studies.
  • Operate state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment to generate high-resolution images.
  • Ensure patient comfort by preparing them for procedures and providing clear information.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • Certification: ARDMS (AB) certification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Ideally, 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
  • Skills: Proficiency in various ultrasound techniques and equipment operation.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, patient-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
