MLee has been contracted to find a qualified and personable Nurse manager to lead the Acute Care Department.

Position Summary:
- You will be responsible for the general overall management of the Acute Care nursing department.
- You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of safe, quality nursing care through the coordination of interdepartmental services, patient placement, clinical staffing assignment/support, and information flow within the nursing department.
- Collaboration with the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, in the absence of either the CNO or other administrative leadership, coordinates contact with outside agencies, public relations activities, policy interpretation, staffing, disaster coordination, and general problem-solving.
Positions Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Two (2) years of nurse management experience
- Three (3) years of acute care staff nurse experience
- Master of Science in Nursing preferred
