Essential Requirements:
- Hold a Master's Degree from a Social Work program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and the Department of Education.
- Be licensed and registered by the New York State Education Department to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with Article 154 of the Education Law.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
