Who You Are

You’re either wrapping up your associate’s degree or fresh out of school with a focus in Medical Lab Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Biology, or something similar. If you’re certified through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body—or eligible to be—we’d love that too.

You’re detail-oriented but not rigid. You’re organized but flexible. You’re good with tech and even better with people. Teamwork lights you up, and you’re not afraid to ask questions or offer help.
