What You’ll Do:

Provide High-Quality Patient Care:

• Deliver individualized nursing care based on patient assessments and care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to ensure continuity of care

Collaborate Across Disciplines:

• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff
• Participate in care planning, patient education, and discharge coordination
• Serve as a patient advocate, supporting health education and recovery

Ensure Safe, Compliant Care:

• Follow clinical protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
• Support a culture of excellence in care, communication, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-based settings
