MLR is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sleep Technician to join our team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive sleep studies, monitor patients overnight, and ensure precise data collection to aid in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. Your technical skills and meticulous attention to detail will play a key role in delivering accurate assessments and enhancing patient care. Qualifications for a Polysomnography Tech / Sleep Tech:

• Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or licensed as an RRT.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Polysomnography, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field.
• Experience in conducting sleep studies and familiarity with polysomnography equipment.
• Knowledge of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless legs syndrome.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
