What You’ll Do

  • Advanced Testing & Analysis: Perform high-level diagnostic testing on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using state-of-the-art laboratory techniques.
  • Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Result Interpretation: Analyze and interpret results, collaborating closely with medical staff to support accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure lab operations meet regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.) through routine audits and quality control procedures.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to lab technicians, contributing to a culture of learning, safety, and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certifications:

  • ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
  • New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of lab techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
