Respiratory Therapist - RRT or CRT- Up To $15,000 Sign on Bonus
Pay Rate: $70,000 - $95,000/year
Must have a NY License
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments of patients' respiratory needs, develop care plans, and make recommendations to the healthcare team.
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments, make adjustments as necessary, and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care, treatment options, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Participate in emergency response and code blue teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license/certification in NY
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- ACLS and BLS certification preferred.
