** MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join an established hospital near the Buffalo/Rochester, NY area. **

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging studies and therapeutic treatments, with precision and adherence to established protocols.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment to ensure optimal functionality and image quality.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to obtain patient history, explain procedures, and address any concerns.
• Position patients accurately for imaging, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results.
• Monitor patients during procedures, recognizing and responding to any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about advancements in nuclear medicine technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in the state of New York.
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and delivering compassionate care.
