What the work involves:

• Review clinical quality data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate quality findings into measurable improvement plans, clinical workflows, and provider education.
• Develop system-wide training and educational programs for physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other clinical team members.
• Lead the review and ongoing maintenance of clinical policies, protocols, care pathways, and SOPs across provider and nursing practice.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Analytics, Learning and Development, and other teams to implement and evaluate quality initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Medical Officer on clinical quality priorities and care model decisions.
