We are is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience working in a Dialysis setting. As a Medical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and managing social and financial challenges faced by our patients in their experience at our clinic.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Hold a Master's Degree from a Social Work program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and the Department of Education.
  2. Be licensed and registered by the New York State Education Department to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with Article 154 of the Education Law.
  3. Possess a valid driver's license.
  4. Have a minimum of one year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
