Key Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) for new grads; Bachelor’s or Master’s for experienced applicants.
- Experience with Epic is preferred.
- Familiarity with OASIS documentation.
- Valid Vermont Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
- BLS Certification required.
