We are seeking a highly productive skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our laboratory department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests and procedures to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information to healthcare providers.

Description:

As a Clinical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory procedures and analyses to produce accurate and reliable results for use in patient diagnosis and treatment. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, as well as training and supervising junior staff.

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and quality control standards
• Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records and documentation
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field
• Nevada CLS Clinical Laboratory Scientist license is required
• ASCP certification or equivalent required
• Three (3) years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred
• Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standards
