Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Full-Cycle Searches from job intake to placement completion.
• Serve as a Client Partner, capturing their unique hiring requirements, challenges, and corporate culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates using our advanced CRM/ATS, along with your existing network and tools including our custom communication platform.
• Utilize Our Integrated Platform to oversee candidates, document outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain your organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-lasting client relationships and lucrative commissions for you.
• Contribute to Our Brand’s Thought Leadership while simultaneously building your own reputation.
