Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and formulate individualized therapy programs that assist them in reaching their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven methods to boost patients’ motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, integrative care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach therapy approaches to patients and their families to facilitate continuous improvement at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and fine-tune treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients maintain their path to success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license active
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
