Description – Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory analyses—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab equipment undergoes regular maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and process samples for testing as required.
• Document all laboratory processes in detail, provide training for new team members or students, and maintain quality assurance standards in the lab.
• Foster a clean and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field, along with the preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Requirements for Certification

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• You will be expected to maintain your certification throughout your employment.
