Clinical Manager / RN - Women’s Services
Located in: North Central New Mexico
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts

As a Clinical Manager for Women’s Services, you will lead and oversee clinical operations, working closely with nursing staff, medical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care. This role is instrumental in developing and maintaining clinical and educational programs that enhance care standards and patient satisfaction. Clinical Manager Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight within Women’s Services, ensuring high standards of care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, staff training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with medical staff leadership to assess and enhance patient outcomes.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, ensuring ongoing professional development and competency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact state.
- BLS certification (women’s health specialty certification preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Women’s Services or Pediatrics, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams at an administrative level.
