A respected outpatient setting in scenic Taos, New Mexico, seeks a dedicated Family Practice Provider to join its collaborative care team. This is a full-time, weekday position offering a steady schedule, strong support staff, and a diverse patient population that includes children and seniors.

Position Details:

• Deliver preventative, acute, and chronic care to patients of all ages
• Conduct routine physical exams, screenings, and wellness checks
• Manage common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health, and other team members
• Provide patient education and promote healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
• Monday–Friday Schedule

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible MD, DO, NP, or PA
• Active (or eligible) New Mexico license
• Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to whole-person care
