MLR is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in New Mexico. As a key member in this role, you will significantly contribute to high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and prioritize the well-being and recovery of your patients.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care based on physician orders and established guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses closely.
• Work closely with healthcare staff to create and execute personalized care plans.
• Perform thorough patient evaluations, document findings, and report changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care guidance.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of patient care in line with legal and regulatory standards.
• Uphold all healthcare policies and adhere to industry regulations.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be acquired within six weeks of starting.
