Key Responsibilities for ICU RN:

• Provide comprehensive, expert care to critically ill patients, including continuous monitoring, assessment, and personalized care planning.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life-support measures with precision.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to create and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Operate and manage complex medical equipment such as ventilators, monitoring systems, and life-support technologies.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families, offering support and education on the patient's condition and recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications for ICU Registered Nurse:

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Completion of an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS within the first two weeks of employment.
• Prior experience in ICU or critical care settings is highly preferred.
