As a Clinical Manager in Women’s Services, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and lead a team committed to excellence in maternal and women’s health. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage clinical operations, and implement evidence-based practices to drive patient satisfaction and outcomes. Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage nursing operations within Women’s Services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. 
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols, staff education, and training programs
  • Work closely with medical staff and leadership to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes. 
  • Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency within the department. 
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives to elevate quality of care and patient satisfaction. 
  • Mentor and support nursing staff development, fostering a learning-driven and cohesive team environment. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Current RN license in New Mexico or Compact state. 
  • BLS certification required; national certification in women’s health is a plus. 
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Women’s Services or Pediatrics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration and healthcare administration
