Qualifications for ICU RN: 

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing  
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license  
• BLS certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date  
• 1 year of experience preferred  
• All other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire. 

Key Responsibilities for ICU RN: 

• Monitor and assesses patient's condition int he ICU 
• Administer medications and treatments according to the physician orders 
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care 
• Document patient care and progress accurately
