MLR is seeking a skilled and adaptable Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's renowned healthcare facility near Santa Fe, NM. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across different departments, providing exceptional care to a wide range of patients.

Key Responsibilities for Float Pool RN:

• Deliver excellent nursing care across various units, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and discharge plans.
• Provide flexibility and support during high-demand periods or special circumstances.

Qualifications for Float Pool Registered Nurse:

• Active RN licensure in New Mexico required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current certifications in ACLS and CPR are required; PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings; diverse specialty experience is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly adjust to varying clinical environments and patient needs.
