APRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) Opportunity
MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing healthcare team near Rio Rancho, New Mexico!
Key Responsibilities for APRN Nurse Practitioner:
- Provide full-spectrum primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages.
- Clinic-based role focused on patient-centered, collaborative care.
- Develop and personalize treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient histories.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care, wellness, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, adhering to healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
- Comply with state and federal healthcare protocols and standards.
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
- Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico required.
- Current FNP certification from ANCC or AANP.
- Valid DEA registration required.
- 1+ year of FNP experience preferred.
