MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's healthcare team in New Mexico. As an RN, you will be integral in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our client's patients.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
