Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily nursing operations in the Pediatrics department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. 
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, staff education programs, and training initiatives to enhance team performance. 
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and leadership to optimize pediatric patient care and clinical workflows. 
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency within the department to maintain high-functioning care delivery. 
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and health outcomes. 
• Mentor and support nursing staff development, fostering a culture of learning, teamwork, and professional growth. 

Job Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program; BSN preferred. 
• Current RN license in New Mexico or Compact state. 
• BLS certification required; National certification in pediatrics preferred. 
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Pediatrics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. 
• Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration and healthcare administration.
