Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) 

 

MLR.org is seeking a full-time, permanent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a direct-hire opportunity within a highly collaborative healthcare team in New Mexico!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Primary Care: Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages in a clinic-based setting.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Provide personalized care by developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, based on thorough evaluations and medical histories.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for all patients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to all state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Professional Standards: Follow best practices and legal guidelines to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
  • Active APRN license in New Mexico.
  • National NP certification through ANCC or AANP required.
  • Current DEA certification.
  • Ideally, 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner; however, new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
