Key Responsibilities for an RN:

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout all stages of treatment.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, adhering to hospital protocols and ensuring patient safety.
- Uphold a clean and safe environment by following infection control guidelines and hospital policies.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New Mexico is required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
