Clinical Nurse Manager / RN – Inpatient  

Location: North Central New Mexico 
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts 
Salary Range: Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications. 

 

As a Clinical Manager of Women’s Services, you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional maternal and women’s healthcare. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Clinical Manager Responsibilities 

  • Direct and oversee nursing operations within Women’s Services, ensuring optimal patient care. 
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines, staff training programs, and patient care initiatives
  • Collaborate with medical staff leadership to optimize care delivery and patient satisfaction. 
  • Monitor departmental budgets, staffing levels, and resource management for efficiency. 
  • Lead quality assurance and performance improvement programs to enhance clinical outcomes. 
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 

 

Job Qualifications 

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact state
  • BLS certification required (women’s health specialty certification preferred). 
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Women’s Services or Pediatrics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare administration, policy development, and physician collaboration
