We’re seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations for a Women’s Health Department, including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Services. Position Highlights – RN Manager, Women’s Health 

• Oversee day-to-day operations and nursing practice within the Women’s Health Service Line 
• Lead a team of nurses and clinical staff in delivering high-quality care across labor and delivery, mother-baby, and newborn care units 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, midwives, and administrative leadership, to optimize care coordination and patient outcomes 
• Manage hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and ongoing mentorship of clinical staff 
• Champion safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across all areas of responsibility 
• Monitor clinical metrics, staff performance, and patient satisfaction to drive continuous improvement 
• Coordinate professional development opportunities and ensure competency validation for all team members 

Qualifications 

Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required 
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred 

Licensure & Certifications: 

• Current RN license in New Mexico (or compact license eligible) 
• BLS certification required 
• Certification in Inpatient Obstetrics or Nurse Executive preferred 

Experience: 

• At least 5 years of direct clinical experience in Women’s Services, L&D, or Maternal-Child Health 
• Minimum of 2 years in a nursing supervisor, coordinator, or leadership role 

Key Skills: 

• Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical teams 
• Knowledge of perinatal care, labor support, and evidence-based maternal practices 
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
• Experience managing staffing models, unit budgets, and clinical initiatives
