Sound Careers Start Here – A Sonography Opportunity in the Quiet Beauty of Southern New Mexico
In a valley where the desert meets the mountains and cottonwood trees line the streets, life moves at a gentler pace. This Southern New Mexico community is known for its sweeping skies, small-town spirit, and deep cultural roots that run as wide as the landscape itself. Surrounded by farmland and just a short drive from White Sands and mountain trails, this is the kind of place where your days feel purposeful—and your evenings feel like home. If you're a Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist ready to bring your expertise to a team that values heart just as much as skill, this is the opportunity for you.
We’re hiring for a full-time position with flexible scheduling and a signing bonus, perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the peace and connection that rural life brings. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of ultrasound procedures—from abdominal and OB/GYN scans to vascular, echo, and small parts studies. You’ll be a steady presence for patients, providing clear images, comfort during uncertain moments, and the clarity providers need to make informed decisions.
You’ll need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field, along with certification from ARDMS or ARRT-S and any required state licensure. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred, especially if you're confident working across multiple modalities and navigating imaging software with ease. But most importantly, we’re looking for someone who communicates with warmth and compassion—someone who understands that healing starts with feeling heard.
You’ll be part of a small, mission-driven team where collaboration is second nature and everyone pitches in to support one another. We believe in creating an environment where you can grow—professionally through continuing education, and personally through balance and belonging.
And outside of work? Life here offers a rare kind of stillness. You can spend your weekends exploring mountain trails, watching sunsets over the desert, or strolling through a town where people know your name. It’s a place where heritage is honored, stories are shared, and community is more than just a word—it’s a way of life.
We believe sonographers are more than technicians—they’re caregivers, listeners, and advocates. If you’re ready to bring your talents to a setting where you can truly make a difference—and still make it home in time for a quiet evening under the stars—we’d love to welcome you.
