MLR is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s renowned healthcare facility near Albuquerque, NM. This flexible and dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across various departments, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding nursing care across multiple units, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in line with hospital standards.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
• Provide support and flexibility during peak periods or special circumstances.

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure in New Mexico.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current ACLS and CPR certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings; experience across multiple specialties is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical environments and patient needs.
